Every new client re-implements those pieces before getting close to the specifics. High cost, long timeline, foundations paid for again.

Start from a vertical body already built for your sector
There is a space between squeezing into a SaaS and starting from zero. It is called Own Vertical Software. It consists of having a vertical body with the sector's patterns, entities and rules already solved, and adapting it to the company's actual operation with an explicit method. The common is already solved. The differential is configured. The exceptional is developed and billed separately.

Dedicated instance, your data, your rules, no-lock-in exit
Own means you have a dedicated instance, your data does not mix with other clients', you have access to your rules and flows, complete export at any time, perpetual license of the core if we agree so, ability to change AI model providers, and continuity even if you do not contract maintenance. What it does not include is all the source code of the reusable core: that stays ours so that general improvements reach the whole installed base without your configuration interfering with someone else's.
You do not pay to rebuild the foundations. You pay to make them your system.
